Yield & Co respects the privacy of individuals with regard to personal data.
"Personal Data" refers to any information we collect that identifies you, or from which you are reasonably identifiable, and includes:

a) information collected when you submit your resume or update your information with us, which may include personal data such as your photograph, name and contact details;

b) any information or an opinion (whether true or not) about you, including the opinions of others about your work performance, (whether true or not), your work experience and qualifications, aptitude test results and other information obtained by us in connection with your possible work placements;

c) the contents of all documents submitted to us;

d) any messages or comments you submit to us in whatever manner, which may include personal data such as name, email address and telephone number; and

e) sensitive information as defined in privacy legislation. It could include, for example, relevant information about your health status or information obtained lawfully from criminal history check.

By providing any of your Personal Data to Yield & Co, you hereby agree that Yield & Co shall collect, retain and use the Personal Data for the following purposes:

a) your actual or possible work placement;

b) your performance appraisals;

c) our assessment of your ongoing performance and prospects;

d) any test or assessment (including medical tests and assessments) that you might be required to undergo;

e) our identification of your training needs;

f) our management of any complaint, investigation or enquiry in which you are involved; and

g) any insurance claim of proposal that requires disclosure of your personal or sensitive information.

Your Personal Data and sensitive information may be disclosed to:

a) potential and actual employers and clients of Yield & Co;

b) our insurers;

c) a professional association or registration body that has a proper interest in the disclosure of your personal and sensitive information;

d) a Workers' Compensation body;

e) our contractors and suppliers - e.g. our IT contractors and database designers; and

f) any person with a lawful entitlement to obtain the information.

Your Personal Data shall be stored either in hard copies in Yield & Co's offices or stored in servers located in or outside your country and operated by Yield & Co or its service providers in or outside your country.

Any Personal Data supplied by you will be retained by Yield & Co as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose stated above or is required to satisfy legal regulatory, accounting requirements or to protect Yield & Co's interests.

If you do not provide correct information we seek, we may be limited in our ability to place you in work.

Yield & Co reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice. We recommend that you check this Privacy Policy on a regular basis.
